About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with

4+ years of experience

in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences. At Ideen, you will be a

shared design resource across all projects

, ensuring design consistency, scalability, and accessibility.

This role is ideal for designers who excel at

wireframing, prototyping, user research, and accessibility standards

. A

strong portfolio

showcasing previous projects is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct

user research, interviews, and usability testing

to inform design decisions. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

using

Figma, Adobe XD (or similar tools)

. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to bring designs to life. Ensure

design scalability

and

UI/UX consistency

across multiple projects. Incorporate

accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)

into design workflows. Translate business requirements into

intuitive and visually appealing user experiences

. Stay updated with

UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience

as a UI/UX Designer. Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

. Strong understanding of

user-centered design principles

. Experience with

wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff

. Familiarity with

accessibility standards

and inclusive design. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Portfolio required

(applications without portfolio links will not be considered).

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

Experience collaborating with

AI-driven and enterprise applications

. Knowledge of

motion design, micro-interactions, or design systems

. Familiarity with

frontend basics (HTML, CSS, ReactJS)

for better dev collaboration. Understanding of

Agile / Scrum workflows

.

Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Ability to balance

user needs

with

business goals

. Positive attitude, collaborative personality, and ownership mindset. Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay Range

?5,00,000 - ?7,00,000 per annum (CTC)
