About the Role

Webandcraft is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will deliver highly detailed, professional designs and troubleshoot UX challenges across websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, social updates, and case studies. Daily collaborations with developers, stakeholders, and project teams will ensure your designs align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, site maps, and user flows to communicate design intent Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, e-commerce, and social media platforms Identify and resolve UX issues through research and user testing Ensure responsive designs across multiple screen sizes and devices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs Maintain and evolve design standards and style guides

Requirements

2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, e-commerce, and social media projects Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma Solid understanding of responsive web design, typography, and usability Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive design solutions Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills Self-motivated learner who adapts quickly to new tools and workflows Expert knowledge of graphics production processes and time management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
