About the Role

Adam Finastra is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join us onsite in Kozhikode. You will create user-centered design solutions, conduct user research, and translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes. Daily tasks include collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful design experiences, as well as conducting usability testing and refining designs based on feedback and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Translate research insights into design solutions that solve user problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs seamlessly Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products Stay updated on industry trends and emerging UI/UX best practices

Requirements

1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research methods Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
