UI/UX Designer (2 Years Experience)

Location: Kochi / Ernakulam

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in designing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform requirements into clean and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for mobile and web platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to create smooth and intuitive designs.

- Deliver design assets and specifications to developers while ensuring accurate implementation.

- Maintain visual consistency, reusable components, and design systems.

- Conduct basic user research & usability testing, applying insights into design improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into the product.

Key Requirements

2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (with a strong portfolio of web & mobile projects).

- Proficiency in Figma (primary tool) and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.

- Strong understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

- Ability to design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Good understanding of design systems, navigation flows, and interaction design.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics (a plus).

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, able to work in agile environments.

- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
