We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at the Calicut Hilite Business Park. The Eduport product design team is responsible for managing the Eduport app, creating illustrations and graphics for the app, maintaining the design system, managing marketing websites, and maintaining internal products used by our staff. They also have the opportunity to work on new products. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our users.
Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis:

? Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
? Analyse user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
? Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
? Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for new features or products.
UI Design:
? Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.
? Ensure a consistent design language across all platforms and devices.
Collaboration:
? Collaborate with developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
? Present and defend design decisions, explaining the rationale behind design choices based on user research and best practices.
Usability Testing:
? Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
? Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Documentation:
? Maintain and update design documentation, guidelines, and assets for consistency and ease of use by the development team.
