Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly digital interfaces. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions across web and mobile platforms, working closely with our cross-functional team of strategists and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, functional user interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Follow modern design trends and contribute to improving our design systems and processes. Work on multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to handle constructive feedback and contribute in brainstorming sessions.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie is a bonus. Awareness of current UI/UX trends like Bento grids, progressive blur, etc.
