As a

UI/UX Designer at NJgraphica

, you'll work on websites, apps, and digital products that don't just look good -- they feel right. You'll collaborate with our development and marketing teams to create seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to understand requirements and user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile platforms. Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement. Conduct UX research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability. Ensure design consistency with brand identity and accessibility standards. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles

and design systems. Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

. Basic knowledge of

responsive design

and

the mobile-first approach

. Good understanding of

user research, wireframing, and prototyping

. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
