We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (India-based) to design seamless, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into intuitive user journeys, engaging interfaces, and polished visual designs.
This role requires someone who understands both user experience and interface design, and who enjoys collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements
Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms
Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant user experiences
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
