You will be responsible for creating intuitive user flows, clean and attractive interfaces, and well-structured content that enhances user engagement and increases lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
UX (User Experience)
Conduct UX research: user behavior analysis, competitor research, audits, and usability testing.
Develop user flows, information architecture, and wireframes for new pages or redesigns.
Identify UX bottlenecks and propose improvements based on data and best practices.
Conduct mobile, tablet, and desktop UX optimization to ensure a seamless responsive experience.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and functionality.
UI (User Interface)
Create visually appealing website designs that align with brand guidelines.
Design high-fidelity mock-ups, landing pages, layouts, icons, and UI components.
Improve visual hierarchy, readability, and aesthetics across the entire website.
Prepare clean, developer-ready design files using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility compliance, and best-practice usability standards.
Testing & Optimization
Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify user behaviour patterns.
Run A/B tests and support continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Monitor user interactions and refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
with a strong online portfolio (websites preferred).
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web standards.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Understanding of website behavior analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with B2B, SaaS, or data-based websites.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with SEO-driven UX and content structuring.
Motion graphics or UI animation experience (micro-interactions, subtle animations).
