Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will work onsite in Bangalore and collaborate closely with the product, development, and QA teams. You will be responsible for crafting seamless and visually compelling experiences -- including mobile apps (for HQ, vendors, and outlets) and web platforms (Control Tower, Fleet Portal). This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with UX research and flows, confident in communicating directly with developers and testers, and passionate about simplifying complex systems through clean design.

Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and translate them into clean, intuitive UX flows.
? Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs for web and mobile interface
? Refine and iterate designs based on internal reviews, stakeholder input, and user feedback.
? Conduct usability testing, identify UI/UX gaps, and propose actionable improvements.
? Work with the QA team to ensure that implemented designs align with approved specs.
? Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library in tools like Figma.
? Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, color use, and accessibility across platforms. ? Advocate for user-centered design while aligning with business goals and timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

? 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
? Strong command of design tools like Figma (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
? Ability to create user journeys, information architecture, and responsive layouts.
? Excellent communication skills - ability to clearly explain design decisions and work cross-functionally.
? Experience collaborating with Agile development teams and handing off design assets effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
