Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual excellence. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into impactful design solutions. Maintain design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms. Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, design technologies, and best practices, applying them to elevate design standards.
Required Skills:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Solid understanding of user-cantered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design practices. Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern aesthetics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. A strong design portfolio showcasing professional or live project work is required.
Nice to Have (Optional):

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Experience working with design systems and component-based UI frameworks. Exposure to user research, analytics, or usability testing methodologies. Familiarity with mobile-first and accessibility design principles.
