Job Overview

We are seeking a

creative and experienced UI/UX Designer

with over 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic digital team at

IPDM

. The ideal candidate will design visually compelling and user-centric interfaces that deliver exceptional digital experiences.

You will work collaboratively with developers, marketers, and content creators to turn ideas into seamless and impactful designs that align with brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

User Interface (UI) Design

Create

visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive

interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop

design systems, style guides, icons, and interactive elements

consistent with brand identity. Collaborate with developers to ensure

accurate design implementation

and maintain design integrity. Optimize visual design for accessibility, usability, and engagement.

User Experience (UX) Design

Conduct

user research, competitor analysis

, and

usability testing

to identify user needs and behaviors. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

to communicate design concepts effectively. Develop

personas and journey maps

to craft optimal, goal-oriented user experiences. Use analytics and feedback to

refine and improve the user experience

continuously.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work cross-functionally with

marketing, development, and content teams

to translate business goals into meaningful design solutions. Present design concepts, prototypes, and user insights to internal teams and clients. Stay updated with the latest

UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

, bringing innovation and modern design principles to every project.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong

portfolio

demonstrating UI/UX work for both

web and mobile platforms

. Expertise in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

, and other design tools. Understanding of

front-end technologies

(HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus. In-depth knowledge of

design principles, color theory, typography

, and

responsive design

. Experience conducting

user testing

and interpreting

analytics for UX improvements

. Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and strong

time management

skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working in an

agile/scrum environment

. Familiarity with

motion design, animations, or micro-interactions

. Certification in

UI/UX Design

or

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

.
