You'll be joining a team solving complex, high-impact problems in the global air freight industry -- where design can transform efficiency, adoption, and user delight in a fast-paced aviation-tech environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in designing software products, preferably in the SaaS space. This role involves designing complex workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted interfaces that serve both tech-savvy and non-digitized airline users.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to transform intricate air cargo operational processes into intuitive, high-performance user experiences. You will also lead initiatives in user research, design system management, and continuous feedback loops to ensure our products remain intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, customer workflows, and product requirements.
Define and maintain user personas and map out user journeys based on research and stakeholder input.
Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that balance functionality, usability, and aesthetics.
Translate complex operational processes into simple, clear, and engaging interfaces.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
Ensure seamless design handoff to developers with accurate specs and guidance.
Maintain and evolve the GoNimbus design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
Lead usability optimization efforts to reduce friction and enhance end-to-end airline cargo workflows.
Incorporate accessibility and responsive design best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging design patterns.

Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably for SaaS products.

Location:

Bangalore, India.
Strong portfolio showcasing web or enterprise software design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or operational systems.
Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Curiosity and problem-solving skills for simplifying complex workflows.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with product, engineering, and domain teams.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, aviation tech, or air cargo is a plus.
