Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into design concepts, and delivering high-quality UI designs that align with usability best practices and brand identity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, and strategists.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Develop interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity. Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries. Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, UX patterns, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (agency experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and polished UI design. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
