What We're Looking For:
Strong proficiency in Figma -- you should be confident designing, prototyping, and collaborating with teams. (We will not teach Figma from scratch.)* Deep understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flow, wireframing, and interaction design.
Knowledge of UI hierarchy, typography, and color theory to craft clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
Ability to perform UX and market research -- understanding user needs, identifying pain points, and validating design decisions before building a product.
Experience working with or creating design systems to maintain consistency across projects.
A strong eye for detail, user empathy, and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly.
Requirements:
Education:
Pursuing/completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable.
Creativity:
Interest in problem-solving, innovative interface design, and keeping up with modern design trends.
Design Skills:
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a good eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
User Experience Knowledge:
Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design practices.
Tools:
Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Research Skills:
Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.
