: UI/UX Designer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding users, solving problems, and crafting intuitive digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. You'll collaborate closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life while contributing fresh perspectives to enhance overall user experience. This role also offers the opportunity to work across multiple companies and brands, giving you broader exposure and a richer learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to clearly communicate ideas and participate in design
discussions

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback to improve product usability Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Suggest improvements focusing on usability, accessibility, and functionality Assist in crafting user-centered design solutions that align with business goals
Required Skills

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, and design thinking Proficiency in:
o Figma (primary design tool)

o Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop & Illustrator

o Wireframing & prototyping tools

Bonus: Framer, Webflow, or experience in UI development Ability to create structured design systems, clean layouts, and intuitive navigation flows Excellent communication skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects or coursework, especially:
o Mobile app designs

o Web UI designs

o Wireframes, prototypes, and case studies

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related fields
