, you will help create visually engaging, clean, and user-focused designs across websites and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sense, creativity, and eagerness to learn--whether you're a fresher, recent graduate, or self-taught designer.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life through impactful visuals and intuitive layouts.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing website hero sections, landing page visuals, and UI layouts.
Creating infographics, banners, and marketing creatives.
Designing social media ads, posts, and promotional graphics.
Assisting in creating wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes.
Maintaining visual consistency across websites, ads, and brand assets.
Iterating designs based on feedback and campaign performance.
Supporting design needs across various digital initiatives.
What We're Looking For
A portfolio showcasing design work (personal projects, college work, or freelance designs are welcome).
Familiarity with design tools such as:
Figma
Canva
Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar.
Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Ability to follow brand guidelines while exploring new design ideas.
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
Strong desire to learn and grow in UI, UX, and digital design.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Basic understanding of user experience and design thinking.
Interest in web, product, or marketing design.
Awareness of current design trends in web and social media.
