. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX. Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute innovative design solutions. Convert

Figma

designs into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in

Framer

. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs. Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and design methods.
