About the Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused

UI/UX Designer Intern

to join our team. This role is designed as an

internship with potential full-time employment

, based on performance during the 6-month training period.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing

user-friendly interfaces

for web and mobile applications. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups

using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.). Conduct

user research

, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation. Support the team in improving the overall

user experience and design consistency

. Work on iterative design changes based on feedback and usability testing.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of

UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design

. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator

. Ability to create clean and visually appealing layouts. Good communication skills and openness to feedback. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Eligibility

Students or fresh graduates from Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields. Candidates who have completed certified courses or projects in

UI/UX

are preferred. Portfolio showcasing design work (academic or self-initiated projects) is mandatory.
