We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer with a strong interest in application design and visual storytelling. This role involves crafting user-centric designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with our brand values. A flair for illustration and design precision will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and writers.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups based on functional requirements.
Design original illustrations, icons, and UI elements.
Conduct user research and implement feedback into design iterations.
Ensure design consistency across different projects and platforms.
Stay current with trends in UI/UX and incorporate best practices in projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interest in UI/UX design and digital applications.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Good sketching or illustration abilities.
Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Willingness to work full-time from our Noida office (no remote options).
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
Important Notes:
We conduct
only in-person interviews
at our office in Sector 63, Noida.
No online, phone, or Skype interviews.
The selection process includes a design assignment and an in-person interview.
Candidates not confident in their visual or design skills are advised to upskill before applying.
