Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Your goal is to create intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

User Research:

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.

Information Architecture:

Design sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes that simplify complex tasks.

Visual Design:

Create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and design systems that ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Prototyping:

Build interactive prototypes (low and high-fidelity) to demonstrate functionality to stakeholders and developers.

Usability Testing:

Set up and lead testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on real-world data.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Managers and Frontend Developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.

Required Skill Set

1. Hard Skills (Technical)

Design Tools:

Mastery of industry-standard tools like

Figma

(primary), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Visual Design:

Strong command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive layout principles.

UX Disciplines:

Experience with wireframing, user journey mapping, and persona development.

Prototyping:

Proficiency in creating animated transitions and micro-interactions using tools like Figma Prototyping, Principle, or Framer.

Development Literacy:

A solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (you don't need to code, but you should know how designs translate to the browser).

2. Soft Skills

Empathy:

The ability to see the product through the eyes of the user.

Communication:

Clearly articulating design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Approaching design challenges with a logic-based, analytical mindset.

Adaptability:

Openness to feedback and the ability to pivot designs based on data or technical constraints.
