Job Description

Working with colleagues in communications strategy, digital strategy, web development, and content development to develop creative concepts and design executions.
Assessing an existing product for usefulness, usability, equitable, visual design, content, and branding.
Articulating objectives to guide the development.
Collaboratively work with project managers, stakeholders and customers.
Guiding the design of the application, tool, task, and section-level IA
Creating mockups and prototypes using tools such as Invision, Adobe XD / Figma as required.
Crafting and presenting an executive-level story that provides clients/project teams with deeper insights into the business and anticipate the clients thought process and scalable changes
Create intuitive interfaces with scalable design.
Create and maintain the organization branding artifacts and media.
Executing and managing creative artifacts of applications and projects.
Requirements

Must have strong design background in Web and mobile apps design.
Very proficient with HTML & CSS.
Application Interface Design & Strategy.
Storyboarding and wireframes
Customer interface
Conceptualizing creative solutions
Creative strategy & Brainstorming
Visual hierarchy
Typography, color theory & other design principles
Creating brand guidelines, style guides
Create and maintain design systems
High fidelity prototypes
Micro animations (desired but not required)
Design Accessibility as related to color and typography
Knowledge of grids across interfaces
Visual hierarchy and consistency across interfaces
Understanding of good and bad experience and assess the design on the basis of that
Conduct usability testing and generate insights
Preffered If you'll bring
Knowledge of Sketch tool and Adobe After Effects.
Usability Testing Practices
Knwoledge of Micro-animations and video animations
Education: Any Graduate
