Responsibility:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and creative leads to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate user interfaces and interactions.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user insights.
Deliver high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Translate complex information into user-centric design with strong attention to detail, usability, and simplicity.
Support front-end developers by providing design specifications, assets, and consistent UI patterns.
Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
Skills:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our Creative & Experience Design Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements and user insights into intuitive and engaging digital interfaces across web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital products or immersive applications.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for design feasibility (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design best practices.
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing and usability testing to improve designs iteratively.
Eligibility:
2-3 years of Experience
Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic animation. Familiarity with front-end development constraints and design-to-code handoff. Exposure to immersive experience design (AR/VR/MR) or gamification principles. Knowledge of tools such as Unity or Unreal Engine (bonus).
