Role Overview

We are looking for a

UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can design clean, intuitive, and scalable user experiences for

web and mobile applications

. The role requires close collaboration with

product, engineering, and business teams

.

Knowledge of Graphic Designing is a strong plus, especially for branding, marketing, and internal assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design

user-centric UI/UX flows for dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps*
Create

wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs*

Understand product requirements related to IoT, data visualization, and SaaS platforms*

Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation*

Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides*

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation*
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business needs*
Support branding and marketing teams with

graphic design assets (plus responsibility)*

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in

UI/UX Design*

Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory); Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus*
Good understanding of

UX principles, accessibility, and usability standards*

Experience designing web dashboards and mobile applications*

Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces*

Strong communication and presentation skills*

Plus Points (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of

Graphic Designing*

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects*

Understanding of branding, typography, and color theory*

Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or SaaS products*
Basic understanding of

HTML/CSS*

Prior experience in IoT, energy, or B2B tech products*
