We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will translate user needs into intuitive design solutions, plan engaging user journeys, and create modern interfaces that deliver a consistent experience across all platforms.
This position is ideal for designers who are passionate about clean layouts, strong branding, and building functional, responsive digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually compelling UI screens for web and mobile platforms
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems
Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align design with business goals
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Prepare developer-ready handoff files in Figma with clear specifications
Review implemented designs and work with developers to maintain quality standards
Stay current with UI trends, UX best practices, and emerging design tools
Skills & Requirements
Required:
Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
Strong grasp of UI principles, UX fundamentals, and responsive design
Ability to create clean, minimal, and modern layouts
Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
Experience with prototyping and interaction design
Deep knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, and grid systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Portfolio required
(must showcase UI/UX case studies, wireframes, and prototypes)
Preferred:
Experience incorporating animations and micro-interactions using motion design tools
Familiarity with current AI-powered design tools
