About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced

UI/UX Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for both

mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms

. You will play a critical role in all stages of the design process, from concept ideation to final visual execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (mobile and desktop). Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product features. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions. Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all platforms and products. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years

of professional experience in UI/UX design, specifically designing and shipping products for both

mobile (native or responsive)

and

web applications

. Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly

Figma

. Experience with other industry-standard or new design/collaboration tools is a plus. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices. A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic sense, excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout), and attention to detail. Proven experience with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to internal teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with graphic design & illustrations for use in product marketing or application interfaces.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
