Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in Figma (design systems, auto-layout, components, prototyping). Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with web/app mockups, user flows, and prototypes. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for responsive design. Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), usability principles, and mobile-first design. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good to Have (Optional):

Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Familiarity with tools like Git.
