Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a primary focus on UI design and Figma expertise to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and pixel-perfect digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience in creating scalable design systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
uDesign high-fidelity UI screens, layouts, and components using Figma.
uCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
uCollaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams to ensure design consistency and handoff accuracy.
uWork on responsive web and mobile interfaces, ensuring visual consistency across platforms.
uTranslate wireframes and concepts into visually rich, functional designs.
uConduct quick prototyping and user flow visualization using Figma.
uApply UI best practices, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to enhance usability and aesthetics.
uParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Required Skills:
uStrong proficiency in Figma - Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Constraints, Prototyping, and Team Libraries.
uSolid understanding of UI principles, visual design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/GIGW preferred).
uExperience creating responsive layouts and design systems.
uFamiliarity with UX fundamentals - wireframing, user flow, and information architecture.
uKnowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Zeplin, InVision, or Photoshop (added advantage).
uExcellent attention to detail, color balance, and typography sense.
uAbility to work independently or collaboratively within agile teams.
Good to Have:
?Exposure to BFSI, FinTech, SaaS, or data-heavy applications.
?Experience designing dashboards, analytics interfaces, or enterprise systems.
?Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
?Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
