TTSIT.in is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to turn complex ideas into elegant design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate user flows and interactions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and follow brand guidelines. Work closely with the development team to implement designs accurately. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS). Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Basic understanding of design systems.
