The Role

We're seeking a talented Graphic & UI/UX Designer to shape our visual identity and digital presence. This is an opportunity for a passionate and bold designer who wants to push creative boundaries and make a genuine impact in the environmental space, particularly in forestry and woodland conservation. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to experiment, bring fresh ideas and challenge conventional design approaches to help us communicate the importance of our work. This role focuses on creating compelling visual content and intuitive user experiences that communicate our mission and showcase our innovative geospatial and environmental technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design brand materials, marketing collateral and visual content across digital and print media Create intuitive UI/UX designs for web applications that reflect our brand and enhance user experience Design engaging infographics and visual presentations Collaborate with our technical and scientific teams to translate environmental technology solutions into compelling visual narratives Manage and create digital assets for our web platforms and marketing materials

Desirable

WordPress development experience Experience in the environmental sector

Skills & Experience

Strong English speaking skills Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX capabilities Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices Experience designing for digital platforms and responsive interfaces Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently
