UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design expertise
who can also take on
managerial and coordination responsibilities
. This role requires someone who can act as a guiding force for both the development team and the marketing team--ensuring design consistency, smooth execution, and a strong user-first approach across all digital platforms.
You will focus on elevating the user experience of our WordPress-based eCommerce websites, improving product page layouts, refining interactions, and designing engaging visuals. The ideal candidate will combine excellent design skills with the ability to lead, review work, provide direction, and ensure design quality across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design
Design and optimize responsive interfaces for product pages, category layouts, shop pages, and checkout flows.
Collaborate on integrating tools like
Fancy Product Designer
and other layered product customization systems.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features (accordion options, thumbnail-based overviews, variation previews, etc.).
Improve user interaction patterns, CTA placements, navigation clarity, and overall usability.
Conduct UX audits and propose data-driven improvements to increase conversions
Graphic Design
Design clean white-background product images, promotional banners, sliders, icons, and category thumbnails.
Create visuals for product variations, layering systems (e.g., flag tops, pole options), and accessories.
Ensure brand consistency across UI components, marketing graphics, and all digital assets.
Prepare web-optimized and print-ready artwork when required.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a
design lead
, guiding both
developers
and
marketing teams
with clear design direction and expectations.
Review and approve design-related tasks--ensuring visual consistency, UX quality, and brand alignment.
Work alongside developers to understand technical constraints and ensure smooth hand-offs for implementation.
Coordinate with marketing for Marketing Section updates with flyers, campaign graphics, product launches, and content placement.
Maintain organized workflows using tools like Dropbox, Figma, and shared documentation systems.
Communicate effectively across departments and ensure timely delivery of all design-related tasks.
4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design (eCommerce experience preferred).
Experience working on WordPress or WooCommerce platforms with complex product variation systems.
Understanding of digital printing, artwork preparation, and visual specifications for manufacturing.
Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional workflows is a strong plus.
