Creative UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a service-based IT company
, responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing web and mobile applications for diverse client projects.
The candidate will be required to understand client requirements, business objectives, and user needs, and translate them into effective
user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes
, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
The role involves conducting
basic user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
to enhance overall user experience, accessibility, and product quality.
The designer will collaborate closely with
developers, product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders
to ensure smooth design handover and accurate implementation within project timelines.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
is required, along with experience in creating and maintaining
design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
.
The candidate must have a sound understanding of
UX principles, responsive and mobile-first design approaches, accessibility standards (WCAG), and Agile/Scrum development methodologies
.
Additional skills/tools
include basic knowledge of
HTML and CSS
, experience with collaboration and prototyping tools such as
Zeplin, InVision, Miro, FigJam
, familiarity with
Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
, and the ability to manage multiple client projects with strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
