Key Responsibilities
Translate project requirements and user needs (from clients, product briefs or internal discussions) into intuitive UI/UX designs and user flows/user journeys.
Collaborate with developers, manager and clients to ensure designs are feasible and implemented properly.
Support upkeep of design systems, style guides, and UI/UX standards to ensure consistency across different projects.
Participate in usability testing, gather feedback (from users / clients), and help iterate designs accordingly.
Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and new tools -- and bring fresh ideas to improve user experience & interface design.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or diploma) in Design, Graphic / Visual / Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science / Engineering (with interest in design).
0-1 years of UI/UX design experience -- fresh graduates or internship backgrounds are welcome.
Proficiency (or familiarity) with common UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
Good communication and collaboration skills -- able to work with developers, project managers, clients, and other team members.
