Roles & Responsibilities
Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for web & mobile apps
Conduct UX research and design user flows, wireframes, prototypes
Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency
Design logos, graphics, and branding elements when required
Understand user behavior to improve functionality and experience
Ensure final work aligns with brand guidelines and usability standards
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator
UI/UX design fundamentals: wireframes, prototypes, user journeys
Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Ability to present and justify design decisions
Creativity and attention to detail
Good to Have
Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions
Knowledge of design systems & component libraries
