About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Fresher/Jr.) who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with the design and development teams to create clean, modern, and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Contribute to UI design for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and internal tools. Conduct basic user research and understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Support in maintaining and updating company design systems and UI libraries. Present design concepts and take constructive feedback for improvement. Ensure all designs follow usability, accessibility, and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and responsive design. Knowledge of tools like

Figma

(preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch. Basic skills in typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy. Ability to turn requirements into clear and user-friendly designs. Creativity with strong attention to detail. Good communication & team collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of prototyping and animation tools. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (plus point). Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. Portfolio of academic or freelance projects (Figma links preferred).

Pay: ?14,888.30 - ?28,000.00 per month
