Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups.
Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with team leader, developers, and stakeholders.
Ensure design consistency through style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience
in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
