About the Role
We are seeking a passionate
UI/UX Designer
with 1-3 years of experience to design intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. The candidate must have
hands-on expertise in Figma
and a strong understanding of user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using
Figma
.
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve overall user experience.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain design standards.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience
in UI/UX design.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
Understanding of user research methodologies.
Experience working in agile environments.
