Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to support design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Present design concepts, user journeys, and prototypes to clients clearly and professionally.
Ensure consistency in branding, design systems, and UI components across all platforms.
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
Experience with design systems, responsive design, and prototyping.
Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working directly with clients or in an agency environment.
