Responsibilities:

Understanding the concept and analyzing the requirements. The success of an app that thrives in the market depends heavily on how well the analysis process is executed. Should have an eye for clean, artful design and possess strong UI skills to translate high-level requirements into intuitive user experiences. Convert requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, and visual mockups that result in beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. Wireframing the scope of work, converting the scope into structured sketches and layout drafts. Designing

pixel-perfect

user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure that your designs speak for themselves, if a design needs an explanation, it's not a good design. Apply

AI-enabled design practices

to enhance creativity, efficiency, and personalization in design outputs. Follow a

user-first design approach

, ensuring that every element serves the end user's needs effectively. Engage in

deep thinking

to understand user behavior, business goals, and product vision before finalizing design solutions.

Skills:

Experience required:

2-4 years

. Proven experience in designing

mobile and web interfaces

. Hands-on experience with tools such as

Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD

. Ability to create designs that communicate clearly at first glance, "Less is more."*
End-user focused: if functionality can be achieved in two clicks, but your design takes three, it's not a great user experience. Skilled in

rapid prototyping

to save time and communicate design flow effectively. Strong communication skills, as you will coordinate directly with clients and internal teams.

Frontend experience is an added advantage.
