Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across products.
Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns that align with best practices.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge user experiences.
Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, making sure to clearly articulate design decisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and performing usability testing.
Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail in typography, color, and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with designing for e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of design systems and creating component libraries.
Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions in UI design.
