Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Developer with strong experience in crafting intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both design and front-end development, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React/Vue/Angular.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Strong design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Knowledge of user-centered design processes, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

Top-notch verbal and written communication skills -- must be able to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Good to Have:

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Basic understanding of backend integration (REST APIs, JSON).

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
