What you will do
Design responsive interfaces in Figma for marketing sites, web apps, and mobile
Create polished, accessible user experiences that convert
Build and maintain component-based design systems and style guidelines
Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and wireframes to final UI and handover
Prototype interactions and micro-animations where they add clarity
Iterate based on data and customer feedback
Partner with engineers for smooth handoff and implementation
Maintain quality and consistency across all phases of delivery
What you will bring
Mastery of Figma; Sketch experience is a bonus
Portfolio showing strong typography, hierarchy, interaction, and user-centred visual design
Proven experience creating and maintaining component-based design systems
Solid grasp of responsive layout, grids, Auto Layout, variants, and tokens
Working knowledge of accessibility and colour contrast in real projects
Clear communication -- you explain decisions and bring people on the journey
Ownership mindset with attention to detail and file hygiene
