Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and user experiences for both web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer at Tupple Apps, you will be responsible for:

Designing user workflows and creating interactive prototypes Developing web and mobile UI designs that are both functional and visually appealing Designing websites with a focus on user experience and responsive design Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other designers Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design:

Create detailed user workflows that map out the user journey through our applications.

Prototyping:

Develop interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts.

UI Design:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Website Design:

Design and enhance websites with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.

User Research:

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications

Experience:

1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on mobile and web applications.

Tools:

Proficiency in Figma is required. Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD is a plus.

Skills:

Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including examples of workflows, prototypes, and final designs.

Communication:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Attention to Detail:

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
