About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

UI/UX Designer

with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, usability, and aesthetic consistency. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 0-2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within Agile development teams. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts (a plus). Experience with tools like Miro, Zeplin, or JIRA.
