Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience in designing engaging and user-centric mobile and web applications. If you're excited about creating seamless digital experiences and enjoy turning complex ideas into clean, functional designs -- we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate project requirements and user needs into intuitive, impactful designs.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain consistency in design across platforms while ensuring brand alignment and responsiveness.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world work and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in agile environments.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Skills in motion design or creating microinteractions.
