Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced

UI/UX Designer

with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and experience in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate findings into intuitive UI/UX designs. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements. Maintain and enhance design consistency through style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems. Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Create visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI elements. Optimize designs based on data-driven insights and performance analytics.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG). Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with A/B testing and user behavior analytics tools.
