Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects. This is a great opportunity for freshers to turn their ideas into functional and visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand user requirements and business goals. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in visual design, typography, spacing, and color schemes across all platforms. Participate in user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs. Take feedback constructively and make design improvements accordingly. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design. Good sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Understanding of user research methods and usability testing. Portfolio showcasing academic or freelance design projects. Knowledge of mobile-first and accessibility design practices. Exposure to tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.
