Job Description

Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Utilise social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies to increase brand awareness. Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed to optimise performance. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience. Identify and bid on projects on freelancing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Create compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients to win projects. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freelancing and bidding. Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
