Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas. Design UI elements such as icons, buttons, navigation components, etc. Build high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for design iterations. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Maintain consistency in design standards and ensure responsiveness across all platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator). Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory). Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
