We are looking for a

UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

with strong fundamentals in user experience and visual design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with

Figma, Photoshop, and other UI/UX design tools

, and should be eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

UX Responsibilities:

Understand requirements and user needs Create wireframes, user flows, and basic user journeys Identify usability issues and suggest improvements Apply UX best practices to web and mobile apps

UI Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms Use tools like

Figma and Photoshop

to create UI designs Maintain visual consistency across screens Apply typography, spacing, color theory, and layout principles

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers for design handoff Iterate designs based on feedback Ensure designs are feasible for implementation
Required Skills

Mandatory

Knowledge of

UI/UX fundamentals

Hands-on experience with:

Figma

Adobe Photoshop

Familiarity with other UI/UX tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Understanding of: Layouts & spacing Typography Color systems Good communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt
Good to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of responsive design Awareness of Material Design / iOS HIG Basic understanding of accessibility Portfolio with real or practice projects
